| That is the right color but it's too small and traffic is too fast. Just say "Estate Sale" and put a large arrow. Is it a sale or not? |
| If you are selling the Estate, ask the Realtor if he has any loaner estate / garage sale signs. If it is an estate, even home made Estate Sale signs, done properly, will bring more people than will professional Garage Sale signs. Good sign. |
