We can help liquidate any estate. And we can do it in several ways. For those out of state
heirs we can go on-site to determine if a tag sale (like a garage sale only all through the
house) estate sale, or estate auction is best. The choice for best method depends on what is
to be sold. We can sell or auction the real estate, automobiles, jewelry, collectibles, and most
appliances, furniture, firearms and collections. If it is a large estate with plenty of customer
access we can do it on-site. Smaller estates or those with cramped quarters should be

return at auction. Your choice. Because we think auctions are the fastest and  best market
value determiner, we find our crowds doing just what we like to see. That’s bidding items up

garage sale price. At auction you will see some things go for less
than anticipated but everything will sell and our average return will be greater. At tag sale we
set the price with very little haggeling but everything will not sell.
Typically at auction the
federal government should regulate the amount our bidders pay. You
see competitions going on all over the crowd. Vendettas are sought while some friendly nods
let other bidders know the competition is over. The overall dynamics are phenomenal to
watch. As an auctioneer I can see the determination and surrender so that’s where my
professional skills come into play. I can talk the price and resurrect the one who surrendered.
Just give them some time to talk to their spouse and you can see whether they are going to
come back or not. (you also get to see the surprise
in the spouses eyes when it is
decided to not go higher and *bam* the spouse flags another bid).
